The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA has changed its Ordinance on Data Processing slightly.

It has added to the list of data categories permissible in the data collection to monitor proper business conduct. From now on, persons may be entered in the data collection to monitor proper business conduct who have submitted a written admission of misconduct to an authority or have made a voluntary declaration.
