The Financial Supervision Authority has issued authorisations to three companies within the same corporate group. AB Kreditex AS was granted a creditor and mortgage creditor licence with the right to give consultations; Express Credit AS a creditor licence, and Ühisraha OÜ a credit intermediary and mortgage credit intermediary licence.

The member of the management board in the parent company AB Kreditex AS is Tatjana Markušina. The members of the management board in the subsidiaries are Olga Martõsjuk in Express Credit AS and Jekaterina Rozenštrauch in Ühisraha OÜ. The qualifying holding in Express Credit AS and Ühisraha OÜ is held by AB Kreditex AS. The qualifying holding in AB Kreditex AS is held by Mainex Holding OÜ.
